From afar, these glasses look like they are good quality. However, the nose pieces feel flimsy, making them have less quality than one might expect. The appearance, however, is still nice and can be a more upscale look for someone looking to get a good value for the price. They come in a nice pouch with all the things you need to keep the glasses nicely. They even come with a polarized testing piece that allows you to confirm that they are in fact, polarized glasses. If you like the look of them, I think you will like these glasses for the price.
Out of the box, you will note the sunglass lenses are “Flat Surfaced” (see pics) additionally they have raised edges along the periphery. The metal frames are of a heavy gauge Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy, with acetate earpieces,,,while they don’t have much tension flex on the sides overall they are comfortable. The metal fully encloses the lenses, adding overall durability to the sunglasses. They are a polarized, and knock down glare very well,,,,The glasses due come with a high quality case, (see pics) The only negative I noted, which may be the result of the flat lens design, is an annoying reflection (from behind you) in your periphery on the edges of the lenses,,,,which I only seem to notice on less sunny days, walking around. It doesn’t seem to occur or is as noticeable when driving/riding in a vehicle.

I already own other sunglasses from this company, so I felt confident trying another pair. The ones i got before, I use them when i go hiking and jogging and they look very similar to some Nike shades I had been eyeing that cost $99+. I love the ones I bought before from this company and these are just as good although they are for my father.These have a very high end look and came with a leather protective pouch which is much needed due to the quality(i see they took my advice about including a case)😉. It is sturdy metal fram and is also comfortable. My dad loves it. Very chic!The lenses are polarized and provide good sun protection, which is important when driving or being outside for a while. The tint looking through it is very retro and amber-ish. They are comfortable and fit well.I am very happy with them and would definitely continue buying sunglasses from this brand. Their quality is top tier and i am suprised at the low prices tbh.

These are lightweight but still feel heavy like they should cost a lot more. Perfect size for my big head and look vintage. Tint is good and they are definitely polarized. Barging for cost/manufacturing quality.
The quality of the polarized lenses on these sunglasses is actually very good. They effectively reduce glare and make looking through them very comfortable, which is great for driving. However, the frame size is way too small. Even though they are advertised for men, they feel very tight and uncomfortable on an average-sized face. Unless you have a very narrow or small face, these will likely not fit you well and might cause discomfort over time. I highly recommend checking the exact dimensions before getting them. Great lenses, but a disappointing and restrictive fit.
Well built, distortion free. Makes the great outdoors look a little better than it actually is. Just wish I had put a bit more thought into the purchase as I think more of a wrap around style would have been beneficial. I'll keep these as a back up as I track down a primary pair.
Crumbie sunglasses. The frames are meant to look like flexible metal, instead it is plastic. When I pay over $30 for some sunglasses, I expect them to look presentable. They don’t. I am very disappointed. I hope no one else makes a mistake like what I did. Boo.

I looked up Acetate, because I wasn’t sure what the term reflects in terms of quality and glasses in general. According to Google, acetate is a luxury material often used in upscale glasses. Speaking of sunglasses, these are rather nice. The lenses are very clear and undistorted, they do seem to do a good job in lowering glare, and of course, the UV protection is appreciated. They look a little bulkier than I would prefer, but I can’t say that this adds to the weight noticeably. I guess they are trendy, but as a 70+ year old guy, I am kind of past that concept. Anyway, the primary purpose for sunglasses, eye protection and comfort, is well and truly met with these sunglasses.

These sunglasses are pretty solid and offer a super clear viewing experience. Their fit is a bit small as the temple length is a tad short. Overall the product and Bircen are fantastic. I purchased these sunglasses then a week later, they went on sale for $10 less. I contacted the company and less than 12 hours later they responded AND processed the refund. I’ll order from them in the future
